Through the CCTV footage, Haseena and Karishma learn about the presence of a mysterious lady at the hospital, and head out to find more details about her. A rickshaw driver helps Karishma with the location where he had dropped the lady from the hospital. The MPT ladies decide to visit the IVF clinic to find out if they are involved in child trade.
