MEI is out of her mind as she misses HEI very much. CHUEN and KAO propose MEI to return to the palace. CHI arrives. CHUEN and KAO immediately give CHI face and require compensation so as to let MEI back to the palace. In fact, CHI only wants to lend MEI’s silk scarf to cure HEI’s mother sick. MEI is very disappointed. LO is starved that she faints. A woman gives her a big mean and she is even willing to pay her one hundred taels to employ her.
