When Ranger Loops gives Vik and Mai some musical instruments, the two are soon having a blast making music and dreaming forming a soon-to-be-famous band. But they can't do this without Oto. Oto, however, has no interest, claiming to not like music until he finally admits that he loves music, but it music doesn't like him. He has no music talent at ALL. Will the music (and a little Yoko magic) help Oto see that music is all around him?
